Bogotá-born and Barcelona-based, Adriana Lopez has been shaping a distinctive and uncompromising approach to techno defined by restraint, precision and depth. Starting out in the late ‘90s in her native city, where she held key residencies at La Sala, BarC and Cinema and performed across clubs and cities throughout Colombia, she was part of the first wave shaping the country’s techno circuit before relocating to Barcelona in 2003, marking the beginning of her international trajectory. "Techno purist and skill icon, Adriana Lopez has been a scene-wide inspiration for over two decades, creating exceptional, atmospheric momentum with every performance.” — Stone Techno Festival. Her productions, released on respected labels such as Warm Up, Semantica, PoleGroup, Stroboscopic Artefacts, Modularz and her own Grey Report, reflect a singular focus on hypnotic structures, subtle progression and controlled intensity. As a DJ, Lopez is known for precise, long-form sets that prioritise flow while building a powerful sense of tension and impact through measured progression, drawing dancers into carefully constructed narratives rather than chasing immediacy. “Her sound is dark yet driving; its rhythm and energy offer pure escapism. It’s hard to find a more dedicated, consistent and skilful approach to DJing…” — fabric, London Across Europe, the Americas, Asia and Australia, she has built a steady and far-reaching presence over the years, performing at institutions and renowned venues including Berghain, Tresor, fabric, Fuse, Rex Club, Concrete, Elysia, Grelle Forelle, Lux Fragil, Khidi, Razzmatazz, Nitsa, Fabrik, Basement, Public Records, Vent, Faust and Vurt, alongside appearances at festivals such as Awakenings, DGTL, Stone Techno, XRDS and Rainbow Serpent Festival. In both club and studio, her approach remains consistent, moving away from trends in favour of clarity, discipline and enduring functionality on the dance floor. “Starting out on vinyl and later training in sound engineering, she doesn’t just mix music—she understands what is happening at every moment. Rather than abrupt changes, she draws you in through a carefully articulated sequence where everything unfolds gradually.” — The True Throb “Pioneer of Colombia’s early techno scene and celebrated for her technical mastery and refusal to follow trends, Adriana Lopez delivers a raw, deep and driving sound that balances intensity and subtlety, earning her a reputation as one of underground techno’s most consistent and authentic artists.” — Vault Sessions
Their RA profile lists BPitch, Semantica Records, Stroboscopic Artefacts, Illegal Alien Records and 6 more.

    the whole biography
Fabrizio Mammarella is an Italian selector, producer and label owner among many other things in the world of Music. Boasting a discography that includes dozens of clubbing anthems, remixes, as well as successful collaborations with Lauer (as Black Spuma), Rodion, and Clap Rules; he is also the “one man band” in Telespazio, an infamous side project focusing more on experimental music. Since his first release in 2004, Fabrizio has been constantly delivering hits for labels such as DFA, Permanent Vacation, Correspondant, Les Disques De La Mort, Future Boogie and his own imprint Slow Motion Music / Wrong Era records, leading the Italian Dance Wave movement for over ten years. Fabrizio is also the head behind Emet, a record label centred on limited special releases crawling in the realm of weirdo electronic music, especially cut for the quirkiest and demanding dancefloors. Fabrizio has played and hosted label nights at some of the best clubs and festivals around the globe, with regular nights in Berlin and his home country of Italy. He is definitely not moving in slow motion.

“Equally obsessive about Hi-NRG, New Beat, Dark & Nu Disco she quests through the dirtiest depths of the internet and record stores for rhythms so inviting that you can't help but bathe, kick and writhe in the sludge and dust with her.”

Equally obsessive about Hi-NRG, New Beat, Dark & Nu Disco she quests through the dirtiest depths of the internet and record stores for rhythms so inviting that you can't help but bathe, kick and writhe in the sludge and dust with her. She's raised iconic dancefloors worldwide with a style that is an eclectic swag of sex, humour and psychedelia. A collision of expansive beats and seductive evolving moods that have hypnotized Berlin's audiences at Berghain's Panorama Bar for Italorama, Cocktail d'Amore, Salon zur Wilden Renate, Revier Südost, and Sisyphos to mention a few. Though she's “just a DJ, not a f***ing neurosurgeon”, she is the rock and caretaker of Wrong Era and Slow Motion organizations and parties all over the world; notorious, sweaty meet-ups for all the "not-too-hard tunz tunz" music lovers.

  • Ryan Smith

New York City · 38 bookings since Aug 2023 · Basement and Berghain techno

“Ryan started his ongoing love affair with dancing and dance clubs at a young age.”

    their own biography

    the whole biography
Ryan started his ongoing love affair with dancing and dance clubs at a young age. But it wasn’t until moving to New York in 2006 that he took his love of the music in the direction of DJing and promoting. Noting that many of the city’s gay dance clubs were playing surprisingly homogenous music, Ryan was inspired to push that envelope. Combining forces with DJ Ron Like Hell, Ryan started DJing at “Rocket,” a party night they collaborated on at Hose in the East Village that became popular for its distinctive mix of classic and forward-thinking house and disco. Later he co-conceived and DJ’d the Soffitta70 parties at the Public Assembly Loft in Williamsburg, combining house and techno music with psychedelic art, and drawing a vibrant and eclectic young dance crowd. The sound Ryan and Ron created for these parties caught the attention of Catz ‘n Dogz, and Electronic Music Bears, and Honey Soundsystem leading to the duo's tailoring exclusive podcasts for all of them. Ryan’s penchant for soulful rhythms with a decidedly forward edge soon brought him DJ gigs in San Francisco (with Honey Soundsystem), DC at U Street Music Hall, in London (Dalston Superstore with the legendary Optimo and Vogue Fabrics with Severino, and Club Butt w/ Butt Magazine and Boris of Berghain), and in Berlin (Cocktail D’amore) as well as one of New York’s most popular dance clubs and parties, from the main floor of the legendary Saint At Large Black Party to Santos Party House and nights such as the legendary Bunker, the cutting-edge techno night in Brooklyn. As a DJ, Ryan continues pushing the dance music envelope with sweat-inducing rhythms at his latest ventures, “Wrecked,” at National Underground in New York. He’s also expanding his creative parameters as one of the founding partners of Discaire, a queer-run record label based out of NYC, San Francisco and London and booking some of the worlds most sought after underground DJ’s. And of course he keeps pushing the hip-moving musical parameters of New York’s dance clubs!
Their RA profile lists Central Dogma Records.
