Claude VonStroke in The Ruins alongside Lumia and Jasper Crenshaw on Aug 7.

Last year, Claude VonStroke reactivated the alias that made him a household name and kicked off a world tour. First stop: The Ruins at Knockdown Center. This August, he's back to celebrate his new LP "Wrong Number." The Dirtybird founder is foundational to US house music in the new millennium, creating a cultural juggernaut that would inspire countless DJs to follow in his wake. Tracks like "Who's Afraid of Detroit" and "Make a Cake" are certified tech house classics. But even as he's ascended to the position of global powerhouse, VonStroke always keeps it real. Speaking of his new album, he says "the big room house machine is out of control and Claude has stopped answering the phone. 'I’m sorry you have reached the wrong number. Claude is no longer available…'"

Lumia arrives on the back of a standout set at Coachella and an increasingly busy international touring schedule. Jasper Crenshaw keeps it all in the family. The son of Claude VonStroke, Crenshaw has grabbed the baton and running with it in his own direction, mixing house, pop and modern downtempo hip hop.

“Claude VonStroke's sound is greasy, sexy, minimal funk.”

    their own biography

    the whole biography
Claude VonStroke's sound is greasy, sexy, minimal funk. Ask his fans what that means and you’ll hear stories about weddings, relationships, babies, and best friends that began at his shows. Claude has produced boutique festivals, open-air BBQs, and countless club nights. He helped define the very fabric of tech house — A&R’ing some of the biggest names in the world, including Fisher, Eats Everything, Catz n Dogz and Nikki Nair. After selling his iconic Dirtybird brand in 2022, he’s now focused on producing and discovering more artistic, independent underground music. His favorite house producers are Roman Flugel, Koze, Green Velvet, Carl Craig and Robag Wruhme and he has almost worked with all of them (not quite everyone yet). His favorite record label is the now defunkt Playhouse Records, which always had a sense of humor while being cool. People love Claude because they’ve felt that underground magic on the dance floor. His smiling face has appeared everywhere from Panorama Bar to Coachella, many times over. A new artist album will arrive in April 2026 and the future promises to be just as quirky and inspiring as ever.
Their RA profile lists Crosstown Rebels, Cocoon Recordings, Moon Harbour Recordings, Dirtybird and 1 more.

    their own biography

    the whole biography
Lumia is a New York-based DJ, producer, and artist known for her hypnotic blend of bass-heavy house and whispered, left of center vocals. She’s opened for artists like Bedouin, Chloé Caillet, Chase West, Tinashe, Patrick Mason, and Devault, and was dubbed “New York’s Coolest DJ” by The Cut. Her independently released debut EP Kite marks a major milestone—earning editorial support from Spotify, Apple Music, and Amazon, spotlighting on Insomniac Radio’s Artist Discovery series, and landing a support slot for Bedouin at Teksupport. Lumia’s music and presence continue to resonate across culture: she’s been featured in Office Magazine, interviewed by LP Giobbi for Femme House Radio on SiriusXM BPM, supported on air by Triple J, and has delivered sets for The Lot Radio, Ones to Watch, and Pinterest. Beyond the booth, Lumia is embedded in fashion and nightlife culture, having performed for global brands including Giorgio Armani, Marni, SSENSE, GANNI, and Gentle Monster. She represents a new wave of electronic artists, merging genre-defying sound with a sharp, multidisciplinary creative vision.
