Heavily influenced by innovators such as Throbbing Gristle and Floorplan, their productions encapsulated sounds that were inspired by the UK and Detroit, and were complimented with live spoken word. After moving to Berlin in 2016, they transitioned from performance art to DJing, where their sets on HÖR facilitated their breakthrough as a DJ. Having drawn inspiration from early industrial and techno pioneers, x3butterfly’s sets retain a raw and ominous quality, with a club twist. Prioritizing the eclectic, they often aim to take listeners on a story-telling journey while simultaneously keeping them on the dance floor. Their sets combine jungle, drum and bass, R&B, dubstep, techno, and other world sounds at 140-160 BPM. x3butterfly has played in various clubs in Mexico, Germany, Denmark, Greece, as well as a multitude of cities in the US. They have quickly become a rising NYC star, DJing notorious NYC venues such as Bossa Nova, Mood Ring, and Nowadays. You can find their most recent production titled “Holy War Remix” on Rubby’s Pájaro Malo Remix EP on Spotify.

Dance music has a habit of running in cycles, so whilst the newbies are discovering the latest ‘old’ style, the veterans of the industry already have it down to a fine art. Having been a fundamental part of the UK scene since the 90’s, amassing three UK top 20 singles and over a staggering 4 million record sales worldwide, Jeremy Sylvester has refocused and thrown himself into recording a long awaited debut album. With a mass of fresh new releases up his ever experienced sleeve, Jeremy is moving forward and embodying his vast knowledge with a great perception of what works, as well as mixing in something innovative and fresh, to keep himself a cut above the rest. With respected EDM figureheads like Disclosure and Basement Jaxx all showing great support for Jeremy’s talent and vision, as well as noting him as one of their influences, he is now embarking on a tour of the US and Australia to once again spread the seed of his unique style. After working with artists like Shola Ama, All Saints, KC & JoJo and Kristine Blonde, Jeremy is now set to extend his collaboration portfolio with some of the best DJs and vocalists around working with him on pioneering new tracks. Jeremy is a DJ who is capable of covering a vast repertoire of styles, blending them into one sound that has become synonymous and identifiable to him as a DJ. Combining a mix of deep house/garage, classic 90’s style house, deep tech and jacking with a bit of old skool 4×4 garage thrown in for good measure, Jeremy’s diversity and sheer panache is second to none. His cool DJ sets are known for twisting the dance floor into a sexy melange of movement before letting loose into a filthy beat, Jeremy knows what the crowd want, and he knows how to give it to them. Not just content as a respected spin doctor behind the decks, Jeremy also embodies everything he brings to his live sets into a whirlwind of production where he flawlessly shows off his DJ sound, showcasing exclusives, mash-ups and remixes whilst combining all of his influences into one big melting pot of dance music splendour.
As the years go by, Jeremy goes on to prove himself time and time again as being an industry mainstay, having built up a stellar reputation as a player who knows exactly what he is talking about. Despite his many years on the scene, the best is yet to come from Jeremy.
Their RA profile lists Defected Records, Azuli, Stealth Records, Nice 'N' Ripe and 4 more.

“Nita is a noted member of the legendary House of Aviance.”

    their own biography

    the whole biography
Nita is a noted member of the legendary House of Aviance. She started DJing around the turn of the millennium and was a resident at the infamous Mr. Black and Westgay, both touchstones for queer artistry and culture in downtown nightlife of the early 2000's. Will has deep roots in NYC club culture, having worked at The Loft and collaborated closely with David Mancuso, holding residencies at many of the downtown New York clubs over the years including The Limelight, Life and Vandam. After dividing his time between NYC and Paris, working on music with fashion houses such as Issey Miyake, Vivienne Westwood and Yves Saint Laurent, Will returned to DJing dance floors when he co-created SPANK with partners Sean B & Jason Roe. What started as a basement dance party evolved into a roving art-based warehouse party along with a namesake zine. SPANK began to work closely with Horse Meat Disco and the close relationship with that crew has extended in various forms through the years into the present. Currently, Nita and Will perform globally as both individual DJs and, more often, as a duo --they are most recognized for epic extended B2B sets and their wildly successful monthly queer party (also known as The Carry Nation) at Brooklyn's Good Room. Their range is wide and exciting, and in the New York tradition they effortlessly flow through genres and time periods while keeping a modern edge. Since the inception of The Carry Nation, the duo has toured the world extensively including Glastonbury’s Block 9 and Berlin’s Berghain/Panorama Bar among many others. They also have a residency at Ladyfag's flagship monthly Battle Hymn. As producers, their credits include releases and remixes on Get Up Recordings, Classic Music Company, TRIBAL, Nervous, TRAX, Batty Bass, TWIRL, W&O Street Tracks and more. Their latest venture is Major Records, an imprint they co-founded with Justin Cudmore to showcase their Majorettes collaboration with releases that are setting dancefloors alight with a fresh but classic house vibe that stays rooted in the excitement of New York’s history and underground.
