Her distinct production style is heavily influenced by the raw, hardware-based sounds of the 90s, citing acid legends like Josh Wink, DJ Pierre, Freddy Fresh, Tim Taylor, Hardfloor & Thomas P. Heckmann as some of her biggest influences during her formative years. Fast forward to today, and it’s these exact producers she can be found regularly featuring alongside on the same vinyl releases. It’s therefore no surprise that she’s often called upon to share her knowledge and expertise around the world. Whether it’s being invited by the Goethe Institute to give production workshops in Mongolia, or being hand-picked by Roland to talk about their illustrious 303 at ADE in Amsterdam, her unique approach to music making and years of experience spent honing her craft have allowed her to constantly travel the globe for over a decade. Bloody Mary’s unique musical taste and elegant on-stage presence have seen her feature at festivals such as Movement Detroit, Piknic Electronik, CRSSD, Montreux Jazz Festival, Epizode Vietnam, Rainbow Serpent, ADE, Sonar and WMC Miami. She has also graced the decks of world-renowned clubs like Fabric London, Space Ibiza & Miami, Panorama Bar / Berghain Berlin, Khidi Tbilisi, Smart Bar Chicago, Fabrik Madrid, RAUM Amsterdam, Basement NY, alongside her residency at Berlin techno institution, Tresor. Accomplishments aside, it’s Bloody Mary’s unique vision, unrivalled passion, and dedication to her art that has kept the fire burning for her over all these years, and will no doubt continue to do so for many years to come. https://sourceartists.net/Bloody-MaryTheir RA profile lists Ovum Recordings, Soma Records, Afro Acid Digital, dame-music and 5 more.Recently at Good Room, Paragon · often with TRESOR, GLOBUS, Alienata, none of them here that night

Lauren Flax has been a lifelong musician, starting to play the drums at 8 years old before continuing on to guitar and bass in high school. She began her DJ career in the underground dance and rave scenes of Detroit as a resident at the Motor Lounge, playing every Tuesday night along with resident DJs Mike Servito, DJ Dilemma, Jason Kendig, and Derek Plaslaiko. Flax played the very first Detroit Electronic Music Festival in 2000 on the Motor stage. While originally starting off as a jungle DJ, Flax evolved her style into a variety techno, house, and electro music. Flax moved to Chicago in 1999, where she honed in on music production while continuing to DJ. By 2002, she relocated again to Manhattan, which shortly followed the release of her first remix, "Much Finer" for Le Tigre. In 2018, Flax was introduced to DJ Haus by fellow Detroit musician and friend Jimmy Edgar, to which he quickly signed a record, resulting in "Dance Trax Vol. 16" (2018). In 2019, Flax joined the mostly Detroit-born New York collective The Bunker New York,[1] on which she released "One Man’s House is Another Woman’s Techno EP" (2019). The EP was highly successful and sold out quickly. Flax met with Brooklyn-based record label 2MR in 2019, curious to explore beyond the realm of dance music. She remixed 'Breathe' by label-mate Pale Blue, and that ended up inspiring Flax's new style of music. After the remix was released, Flax took to writing a 6 track EP, merging genres of ambient, acid house, and much more, set to come out in Summer 2021. Flax started touring the United States and Europe as a solo artist in 2019, performing live analog sets, pushing the boundaries of what a DJ is defined as.House on 39, Techno on 22, Acid House on 13 and Electro on 17. styles on their catalogued releasesReleased on WRKTRX (3), Aliens On Wax (1) and House Of Efunk Records (1); their RA profile also lists Defected Records, !K7, Toolroom Records, Nervous Records and 6 more. labels on their catalogued releases and on their RA profileRecently at Good Room, Knockdown Center, BASEMENT · often with Sevyn 0000, Austin Kunis, Costume Design, none of them here that night

Reading a dance floor is not a science, but knowing how to make the audience enjoy every minute is an art Anika Kunst puts into practice session after session. She has spent more than twenty years perfecting her intuition, technique and building up a vinyl collection which oscillates between timeless techno and the most select house, making the most of the nuances that exist between said genres and all their sub-genres have to offer. Maybe you remember some of her emblematic vinyl-only ‘All Night Long’ sessions or maybe you saw her perform in London, Berlin, Brussels or during her time in Latin America. She might have made her mark on one of your idyllic summer nights in Ibiza or perhaps you heard her at a festival or an distinguishing club in Barcelona at her ‘Selectors’ night; always in constant evolution, with all possibilities still open for exploration. You may be familiar with her well-respected label, which he founded in 2014 as Chapter Records, and you may even have played or listened to one of her releases yourself, perhaps at a DVS1 or Dave Clarke session. You might also have already discovered her studio work, such as her "Different Approach EP" on RSPX (Rekids Special Project), her acclaimed remix of Rødhad on WSNWG, her 'Hidden Intention EP' or 'Sin Rodeos EP' for Symbolism, Ben Sims' label. Her most recent release has been a track for ‘Back To Zero’, a V.A. on Rodhad's label.Their RA profile lists Casanova Bar, Symbolism Ltd, WSNWG, WSNWG – BACK TO ZERO and 2 more.often with Berghain, L.B.
