Ayesha is a key player in Brooklyn's dance music scene, and has become one of NYC's most prominent names when it comes to faster, more-bass heavy sounds in New York. Her approach to DJing and production blends elements of America's techno underground with leftfield UK sounds and diasporic influences from her Indian heritage, moving across tempos and rhythms with ease. Her music, hypnotic, pulsating and powerful, is as at home at a deep forest festival as it is a sweaty basement or dark nightclub, made with meticulous sound design, spongy textures and alien melodies. She writes tracks with deliberate consideration for how bodies move—and how music moves bodies—which makes her work unusually tactile and physical. "Beautiful things emerge from our care and consistent attention," she says about her work, which she also calls "body over mind." Everyone else calls it brilliant. She's put out music on Scuffed Recordings and Kindergarten Records, the latter of whom released her debut album, Rhythm is Memory, in 2022. DJ Mag called it "a revelation," Resident Advisor a "fierce mission statement" and Mixmag placed her at number two in its list of the 25 Producers Who Defined 2023. Later this year, she'll make her live set debut at MUTEK Festival in Montreal, hinting at an exciting new chapter for a dynamic force in American dance music.Their RA profile lists Fever AM, Scuffed Recordings, Femme Culture, Control Freak Records and 2 more.Recently at Nowadays, Green Room NYC, Camp Kennybrook · often with Mor Elian, DJ DEADNAME, Ma Sha, none of them here that night

Lydo is a Filipino-born Vietnamese-American sound artist. As a resident DJ of BASEMENT NY, their distinctive sets explode the parameters of techno, deftly cutting across genres while retaining a highly personal emotional resonance. Whenever Lydo plays, it’s best to leave your expectations at the door and simply prepare for an unexpected array of sonic thrills, ranging from visceral and grooving to mind-bendingly experimental. A trans artist themselves, Lydo launched X-TRA.SERVICES to serve and create space for queer, trans, and nonbinary people of color. This ethos of care and insurgent collectivity runs through their broader practice. They have performed at Berlin Atonal, Draaimolen Festival, Bourse de Commerce, and Bassiani, as well as subterranean parties and festivals across North America, Europe, and Asia. Beyond the club, Lydo works with sound through installation, composition, and curation. Their abstract, experimental work spans museum and institutional contexts, including MoMA PS1, SculptureCenter, and Kunsthalle Basel, among others. In 2025, they launched care., an itinerant series for live and experimental sound that continues to explore new sonic forms in unexpected contexts.Their RA profile lists X-TRA.SERVICES.Recently at Stone Circle Theatre, Knockdown Center, BASEMENT · often with The Carry Nation, Juana, Shaun J. Joiah is an Italian–Colombian singer, producer, and DJ based in New York whose approach to electronic music feels closer to ritual than performance. She gravitates toward the spaces where eras, textures, and energies blur — between 90s trance echoes, cosmic house sensibilities, raw house breaks, and the shadowy pulse of techno. Never tied to a single lane, she moves through styles like currents, guided by intuition, symbolism, and emotion. As a producer, she released “Alchemic Amazon” on BSR, featuring a remix by Paolo Mosca, alongside several independent projects. Her collaborations include work with Muted Noise (with Roger Gerressen), Picnic Records, Klassified, vocal contributions to Gojnea76, an appearance on Nathan Melja’s Djo Sinego, and a guest mix for R&S Records. She has also delivered mixes for The Lot Radio. Joiah holds a residency with Signal and Apollo Studio while further expanding her presence within the global underground landscape. She has performed across the Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Germany, Belgium, Portugal, France, and the United States, and has shared the stage with acts such as Mochakk, Deniro, Gojnea76, Sandrien, BELLA, VTSS, and more. In New York, she curates the underground series Sudden Logic and hosts Talks With Goddesses — The Artemisia Collective, a podcast devoted to female empowerment in the arts and sports, exploring intuition, identity, and the transformative force of community. “Joiah’s artistry is like a galaxy brain-scaled explosion of sounds. She weaves Cali, Colombia’s bustling markets into ear candy with jazzy breaks, acid twirls, and dreamy vocals. Picture yourself vibing from a chill house party to a neon-lit club, all in one track. Indeed, Joiah’s eclecticism appeals as much to the listener as the dancer, which grants her a PHD in spirit lifting.” - Best Kept Secret Music FestivalTheir RA profile lists Future Culture Records, BSR, Muted Noise and Picnic Records.Recently at Green Room NYC, Apollo Studio, H0L0 · often with CAMILLA, Black Pomade, Armii1n, none of them here that night
