Justin's coming-of-age as a fan and creator of dance music took place amidst the wide expanses of central Illinois. As a kid growing up in the state’s tucked-away capital of Springfield, he played drums as a jazz percussionist in school. While most of his peers were tuned into pop music, Justin was wearing out self-made mixes and classic disco compilations, workshopping new-wave influenced beats in bands and DJing college parties. A post-graduation move to Chicago led him to work for the influential dance music blog Little White Earbuds, opening him up to fully experience the city’s thriving underground house and techno scene. A Midwest-born and raised DJ, Justin has played at queer parties such as Wrecked, The Carry Nation, Horse Meat Disco, Honcho, and Club Toilet, and has gained a following all over the world with appearances at clubs like Smartbar Chicago, Panorama Bar, Is Burning Amsterdam, Razzmatazz Barcelona, DC10 and Lux Fragil. His bold, acid-flecked distillation of house and techno has found a home on the labels that are helping to shape the current landscape of transgressive body music, including The Bunker New York, Detroit’s Interdimensional Transmissions, and Honey Soundsystem Records. Justin's sound is defined by snaking acid lines, whip smart drums and offbeat rave melodies that have resonated with DJs and dancers from Detroit to Berlin. He has been featured in mixes for series such as Beats In Space, Truants, MixMag, Phantasy and The Bunker New York’s long-running podcast.Techno on 23, House on 20, Tech House on 10 and Acid on 9. styles on their catalogued releasesReleased on Acid For Trans Health (1), Spotlight Records (1) and The Night Institute (1); their RA profile also lists Turbo Recordings, Hotflush Recordings, Interdimensional Transmissions, Phonica White and 6 more. labels on their catalogued releases and on their RA profileRecently at Refuge, BASEMENT, Signal · often with Mike Servito, Jeffrey Sfire, Kim Anh, none of them here that night

On a tear for 2026 with performances in Los Angeles, The Bay Area, Chicago, Pittsburgh, and Portland (both Oregon and Maine!), Scotia stacked up memorable sets at legendary Detroit festival Movement’s Club Toilet (selected as a Resident Advisor Mix of the Day) and a frenetic B2B with Lauren Flax at Return to the Source. In June, she graced NYC Pride at The Carry Nation and Wrecked’s beloved Get Wrecked and Carry function at Knockdown Center, delighted at cult favorite Spaghetti Strap, and closed out Good Room. Her new records out on The Bunker NY and Chinotto Records present a kinetic and hypnotic acid sound that pushes the genre to new limits – and have been supported by the likes of Paranoid London, Mike Servito, Heidi Lawden, and regional queer DJs around the country.Their RA profile lists Delft, Acid Camp, Earthlings, Others To The Front and 2 more.Recently at BASEMENT, Good Room, The Avalon Lounge · often with Ron Like Hell, threehz, Lauren Flax, none of them here that night

Hailing from the Midwest, HNDRNC began working the club and party scene over 10 years ago before moving to NYC. Since then, the Heavy Waste co-founder and resident for Good Room’s REDIRECT party series has been solidifying his place in the Brooklyn techno scene. His sound is a direct expression of how he moves through and processes the world: empowering, fleeting, fast, and hard. Driven by the desire to command a room and create lasting moments, HNDRNC builds intensity from singular elements, connecting to something primal and instinctive—existing right at the edge of chaos, where letting go becomes inevitable.Recently at Good Room, Bossa Nova Civic Club · often with Erik Braun, skoglund, SANDBAG, none of them here that night

Inspired by David Mancuso's loft parties from New York's experimental dance scene of the seventies, they aim to curate the noises of early-morning aural hypnotism. Their sets often range from minimal grooves and ambient organic textures to air-thickening psychedelia. As a producer, their tracks mirror their work as a mathematician, exercising the concepts of geometry and topology to inform their voice. Their releases act as cogitations in sculpting sonic spaces through geometric principles: manipulating the actions, invariance, and transformations of sound.Their RA profile lists nul records.Recently at Mood Ring, Rebecca's · often with threehz, crnk.dgtl, boy_c0ded, none of them here that night
