With her vibrant energy, and ability to merge acid-jazz beats, synthesized melodies, global disco and electronic grooves, Carozilla's sets are a perfect blend of sounds to unify everyone on the dance-floor. In 2021, she began her residency at Dante’s Hifi+, hosting and co-curating the night alongside her mentor and musical director Rich Medina. In just a span of 5 years, she has DJed alongside notable artists such as Sister Sledge, Natasha Diggs (Soul in the Horn), Large Professor, Underground Resistance, and Azymuth, as well as performed at festivals like Coachella (2025/2026) and iiiPoints for the last three years. Recently, she was even featured at Soulection’s 15 year party at Club Space in Miami opening up the night for legendary house producer Theo Parrish, Joe Kay, Benji B, and Jayda G,. As an avid collector of vinyl records, she was featured in volume two of Dust and Grooves, a book which highlights vinyl collectors from all over the world, published in October 2024.Recently at Elsewhere, Dead Letter No. 9, public records · often with Toribio, Lauren Murada, Timo Lee, none of them here that night
“Electric is the only way to describe Andi’s sets.”

Electric is the only way to describe Andi’s sets. The NYC-based DJ, producer, and SYNTHICIDE label/party boss constructs a dynamic and intoxicating flow that’s always palpable between the walls of the foggy, neon-lit dancefloor. Parts sleaze and sultry, Andi’s aesthetic is body music based, thriving on the delivery of the groove and the bombastic highs of a track’s apex. As a devotee of distinct sounds such as EBM, new beat, Italo, freestyle and housey 90s elements, her sets reflect her deep vinyl collection: diverse, yet focused, and completely one-of-a-kind. Her own productions aim to challenge the expectations within the confines of traditionally masculine dance genres. With bassline-heavy grooves and a conceptual emphasis on storytelling with samples taken from long-forgotten erotic thrillers and seedy sci-fi films, Andi adds a wry yet delicate touch to machine music. As the boss of SYNTHICIDE—the internationally known party, label and event series—Andi has cultivated the dark underground scene for over a decade in Brooklyn. SYNTHICIDE started at the notorious club in Bushwick, Bossa Nova Civic Club, where the party still holds a monthly residency. Additionally, Andi is a resident at The Lot Radio and NYC’s Gabriela.EBM on 13, Techno on 9, Industrial on 7 and New Beat on 5. styles on their catalogued releasesReleased on Eskimo Recordings (2), Dischi Autunno (1) and Surface Reality Records (1); their RA profile also lists Mannequin, aufnahme + wiedergabe, Mecanica, Synthicide and 1 more. labels on their catalogued releases and on their RA profileRecently at Gabriela, C'mon Everybody, Knockdown Center · often with Eli Escobar, Arvin T, Facets, none of them here that night
