Global sensation, boundary pusher, and queer culture champion Jen Cardini brings decades of experience from the Paris and Berlin underground, plus the curatorial eye behind Correspondant and Nightclubbing.
NY dubbed “Club Queen” Kim Anh adds her own strain of queer nightlife heat, pulling from post-disco, proto-house, and dark 80s sleaze. Producer, vocalist, and MEDUSA resident DJ Michael Cignarale ties the night together with a sharp and expansive global sensibility shaped by years in queer underground spaces from Shanghai to Brooklyn.

French-born Jen Cardini (they/them) has been welcoming people into the discotheque for the last 30 years. Their belief that something more was hidden under the surface of electronic music has put them at the helm of tiny sweaty lesbian bars, flamboyant Ibiza superclubs, and off-the-beaten-path warehouse raves. Through their work as an A&R for the labels Correspondant and DISCH, their remixes and productions helped rephrase the world's understanding of the French dance music scene. They continue playing festivals such as Glastonbury, Primavera Sound, Field Day, Sonar, Butik Festival, Mutek, and more. Cardini is also a regular at some of the best clubs in the world, such as Berghain, Outra Cena, Bassiani, Basement, K41 or Club Raum. They have also been able to perform at iconic art venues like MoMA PS1 and the Centre Pompidou. American DJ and producer Kim Anh has been a staple of the queer dance music underground for two decades. She has gone on to make an indelible impact on the nightlife scenes she's been a part of in Los Angeles and New York, where she currently splits her time between NYC and the Hudson Valley. The founder of groundbreaking queer parties like Booby Trap! and Tendencies, Kim Anh helped underline the queer and POC history of dance music, bringing it back to its roots. Her production and songwriting blends classic house and electronic with a contemporary sensibility, with catchy hooks and edgy, sensual lyrics, described by DJ Mag as "lucid and absorbing, and conveying an assertion and power." She’s been a top 10 Beatport artist with features in Mix Mag (UK & Asia), DJ Mag, Resident Advisor and LA Weekly to name a few. More recently, Kim Anh started her own Can U Not Talk Records label, and has also been featured on labels like Live At Robert Johnson, Afro Acid and Nervous Records. Michael Cignarale is a Brooklyn based DJ and producer and a powerful enigma who has given the dance music scene a new feast for both sight and sound! In January 2024, he was named as one of DJ MAG’S “EIGHT EMERGING ARTISTS YOU NEED TO HEAR," shortly after releasing “Dance Like We Are Lovers,” which features remixes from Justin Cudmore and BASHKKA. Michael is the resident DJ of MEDUSA, an instrumental party that has shaped China’s dance music scene for the last eight years. Both a producer, vocalist, and DJ, Michael incorporates every facet of entertainment that audiences desire, and leaves them thirsty for more. His impactful live vocals are signature to his sets, paired with pumping 90’s inspired house music. His DJ sets are a blend of driving energy, flair, and exquisite frequencies that pump the essence of New York underground into your soul.
