    their own biography

    the whole biography
Soo Intoit began DJ'ing in 2020, when booked for a Zoom party. Believing it was a drag booking, she was informed a week before that the party actually wanted her to play music for an hour. After spending lots of time going out and working as a host, and frequently mentioning the desire to be a DJ, she decided this was the time to commit. She had her beginnings (other than the aforementioned Zoom party) in intimate basement gatherings, and later on rooftops. With her job being closed at the time, she was at an advantage, and practiced very frequently. By late 2021, she was presented with her first opportunity to produce a party--which is now CRITICAL HIT. What started as a bi-weekly Wednesday party with humble attendance, evolved into an event that maintains a strong following and crowd, and now takes place once a month on the weekends. This party features a PS2 at almost every event, and sometimes operates games at other parties, showing her interests in building communities around mutual hobbies, as well as providing a unique experience in what she does. The gaming influence is reflected in her DJ sets, too. She produces Juicy Fruit, a recurring bar night with a focus on danceable music the crowd can sometimes sing along too, and Omega. Omega is her sci-fi themed dance party, which she co-produces.

  • Aster

Barcelona, Spain · 2 bookings since Aug 2026

“Aster is an electronic music duo formed in Barcelona by JMII and Pettre.”

    their own biography

    the whole biography
Aster is an electronic music duo formed in Barcelona by JMII and Pettre. Their musical relationship begins at 2010 when JMII sets his music studio on an abandoned star observatory and starts jamming with his partner on an extensive hardware set up. The unreverential respect they both feel for ambient, Chicago house and gritty techno music, leads Aster to experiment with a wide range of genres and methods. This continuous search of an own path is easily trackable at their first released tracks and EPs on Mathematics Recordings and Hivern Discs. After a long period of incubation and the move from JMII to Berlin, the duo starts to focus their efforts on an own brand of techno and house infected music that's both pumping, cosmic and emotional as its best. Although they record output so far includes releases on Mathematics Recordings ("Tormenta del Desierto EP") and Struments Recordings ("Nuevo Dia EP") it's with John Talabot's Hivern Discs label that they grown a lasting and fruitful relationship wich will give the world a beautifully packaged 12" trylogi featuring remixes from Ital, Bicep and many more."
Their RA profile lists Mathematics Recordings, Hivern Discs and Struments Records.
