Function returns to headline BASEMENT. He is, paradoxically, one of the most revered and also inimitable producers in the techno canon. Since his earliest years as a resident at The Limelight in NY, Function has displayed a unique capacity for ear-catching hooks that balance out the foreboding atmosphere of his brooding, at times gritty techno. As a member of Sandwell District, he helped rewrite the playbook, crafting one of the most profound and singular discographies in the genre’s history. And across the last two decades, his solo work has consistently evolved, exploring new pathways. What remains unchanged is his signature - equal parts emotionally resonant and elemental, you always know a Function track when you hear one. LOLSNAKE keeps the night at a fever pitch. The Weeeirdos co-founder brings a feverish, exploratory energy to taut, hypnotic techno. A LOLSNAKE set can be at turns mercurial and slamming, mixing in evocative sound design and startling layers over a thundering core. Elle Dee completes the picture. One of NY’s best techno DJs, Dee has distinguished herself over a decade-plus time in the booth. She’s a force to be reckoned with, representing the genre at its grooviest.

Tom Peters returns from Berlin. An artist with deep ties to NY, Peters holds a residency at Le Bain’s ON TOP party in addition to his own BERLINCIAGAY. In all his work, Peters draws on the queer lineage of dance music; his sets are precision-tooled expressions of pure, bombastic liberation. Meanwhile his productions, including the just-announced “Can U,” are raw, urgent and galvanizing. Dee Diggs joins. A true artist whose work reflects Black lineages with an unwavering dedication, Diggs pays homage while forging a path forward. For her, dancing is a necessity, not a luxury. As she once said, “it is vital for us to connect to one another, especially during such a heavy time in the world. The dance floor is a place where this can happen. If it’s not just used as an escape route or for hedonism, it can be a powerful connector and can teach us so much.” Michael Cignarale steps in for Miracles, who can no longer make it. Cignarale’s euphoric productions draw a direct line back to the bombastic disco of Patrick Cowley, Sylvester and many others; his tracks revel in pure abandon and sweaty sensuality. A consummate performer, Cignarale often gets on the mic mid-set, weaving in his own indelible vocals.

    the whole biography
Hailing from New York, he was seduced by techno when Jeff Mills held residency (as well as his own first) at Limelight in the early 90s. Producing from the mid-90s onward, he released his first 12"s on Damon Wild's Synewave and his own Infrastructure imprint. A chance meeting in 1996 brought him together with Regis (Karl O'Connor). The two worked as Portion Reform, releasing uncompromising music on Downwards, making him the only non-Birmingham producer to appear on the label. He later moved to Berlin in 2007, still working with Regis, and now Silent Servant (Juan Mendez), putting his focus on Sandwell District. Since, the label come collective, skyrocketed into cult status - decentralizing the artist ego, blurring the lines between the artist, label and dj; re-arranging the DNA of modern dance music.
Their RA profile lists Ostgut Ton, Tresor, Droid Recordings, Synewave and 6 more.

“Leaning into the hypnotic, the tension-building, and the euphoric release—Lolsnake (she/they) does not simply play to a room, she creates it.”

    their own biography

    the whole biography
Leaning into the hypnotic, the tension-building, and the euphoric release—Lolsnake (she/they) does not simply play to a room, she creates it. With a fluid, genre-defiant approach, her sets move between the reduced and the raw, the dramatic and the unpredictable, stirring up heady atmospheres and hypnotic moods on the dancefloor. Driving rhythms and intricate sound design sit alongside moments of startling emotional depth — a sonic signature that is at once intense and deeply feeling, cerebral and magnetically unpredictable. A regular at Berghain, Lolsnake is also the founder of Weeeirdos, a queer platform that champions subversive joy, curiosity, and community. As a DJ and visual artist, her multifaceted background fuels a perspective that is both boundary-pushing and deeply rooted in connection — her sets a constant balance between classic dancefloor accessibility and a desire to push at the edges of genre convention. In 2025, Lolsnake took her sound global, performing at Bassiani (Tbilisi), Basement NYC, WHOLE Festival, and returned to Berghain for several celebrated sets that reflected her evolving sonic palette. Her genre-crossing energy has also been showcased in guest mixes for Mixmag, DJ Mag, The Lot Radio, and Crack Magazine. Weeeirdos, which began in 2017 as a hybrid event combining live music, performance and visual art, has since become one of Berlin's most vital queer dance platforms. In 2023, it moved from OHM to a residency at Säule (Berghain). That same year, Boiler Room invited Lolsnake to curate a Weeeirdos live stream from Berlin's dungeon-like Nåpoleon Komplex. Lolsnake has since been asked to curate key events on the Berghain Mainfloor, The Ground (Space) Miami, Radion Amsterdam, and more. Born in California to Iraqi parents and raised in Oakland, Lolsnake's musical roots trace back to classical training in clarinet, saxophone, and bass clarinet. Her teenage years were shaped by a love of Depeche Mode, Underworld, The Knife, and the Arabic tapes of Oum Kalthoum and Fairouz. A move to Manchester in 2010 to study neuroscience immersed her in the UK's DIY rave scene. Berlin followed in 2014, where she found a deep sense of belonging in the city's queer nightlife. After a decade in Berlin, Lolsnake's sets have matured into shimmering constellations of rhythm — reduced and raw one moment, warm and euphoric the next, with mischievous curveballs at just the right moment. With plans to launch the Weeeirdos label and take the project on a global tour, she remains a powerful force in contemporary club culture: driven by feeling, rooted in community, and guided by no rules but her own.

    their own biography

    the whole biography
Dee Diggs is a DJ, music producer, and creative multi-hyphenate based in Brooklyn, NY. She is unapologetically black, queer, and a lifelong student of the tenets of House Music. Every single set by this connoisseur feels like a celebration – a celebration of club culture, of queerness, of community, of house and techno, and of house and techno's Black and Queer American innovators. Her energetic, yet deep approach to DJing has seen this Boston to Brooklyn transplant first garnering attention in the queer party scene of NYC and now lighting up dancefloors all over the world with regular European and international tours. Her aim has always been to contribute & sustain more spaces where marginalized groups are valued and thanked by name for their contributions to humanity. Thank the ORIGINAL Black innovators of House & Techno! Thank you, Disco and Ballroom Queens & Queers and Club Kids alike for the theatrics & fanfare of nightlife as we know it! There are homages to these origins alluded to in all things 'Dee Diggs', from the aesthetics to the sharing of the referential and varied tracks that fill her most noteworthy mixes, to her own original music! She’s known for releasing standout mixes for the likes of Daisychain, Honcho, and Dekmantel over the past couple of years. Her musical adventures spanning all possible genres, the common denominator here is Dee Diggs’ unrivaled taste. Her sound cuts an arch through dance music’s past and present to convey an interesting melding of Dee’s signature sounds: lyrical storied tracks, sensual club edits, soulful realness, sneaky grooves, passionate thumpers, and nostalgic endings. Her eponymous party, House of Diggs debuted in February 2020 to stir and settle the hearts of all the lovers of house, funk, soul, disco, and R&B in Brooklyn, before the COVID-19 pandemic and subsequent club closings curtailed that momentum for 1.5 years. However, 2021, found her making strides again when she resumed curating House of Diggs as a semi-regular event series at Jupiter Disco, a rotary-focused intimate dance floor in Bushwick before her touring DJ schedule ramped up intensely. She currently holds and curates a seasonal DJ residency at a hi-fi nightclub in Gowanus, BK named Public Records. House of Diggs makes an appearance yearly around PRIDE to take over all 3 rooms of Public Records with Queer Imagination and Sonic Pleasure! Diggs' steady rise continues as she steps in to headline many club and festival lineups in 2023 and beyond. The east coast darling bares her soul on these decks — when you hear her, you feel her, and there is no mistaking the beauty and grit of this sound and this feeling!
