    the whole biography
Jasper James is a respected DJ and producer who started as the youngest artist to play Glasgow’s legendary Sub Club. He was a founding resident at London’s Phonox, where his signature six-hour sets earned him DJ Mag’s Best British Breakthrough DJ and two spots in the Resident Advisor Top 100. Renowned for depth and intuition behind the decks, his sets are defined by careful selection, narrative progression, and versatility. As a producer, Jasper has released two EPs on the influential Chiwax label, with a third due later this year, alongside records on Optimo Trax, ESP Institute, and No Art. “Miguel Gallardo is an artist who moves with intention, using music as his purest form of expression.”

    their own biography

    the whole biography
Miguel Gallardo is an artist who moves with intention, using music as his purest form of expression. Performing under his own name, everything he plays is a direct reflection of who he is. He adapts in real time, reading the room and pulling people into his world through sound. His sets are built from records he’s personally dug for, now layering digital elements to create something that feels alive and happening in the moment. As the founder of TAMED, he is building a movement and mindset rooted in staying locked in and focused within the chaos of everyday life. Through carefully curated events, he creates spaces to disconnect and fully experience music with intention. It’s not just about the environment it’s about the sound, the energy, and the feeling you step into the moment you walk in. Constantly evolving, Miguel isn’t tied to one sound or one role. He’s an artist in motion, shaping experiences people can step into, feel, and remember.

  • Nasser Baker

“Could Nasser Baker be the next huge talent unearthed by Objektivity boss Dennis Ferrer?”

    their own biography

    the whole biography
Could Nasser Baker be the next huge talent unearthed by Objektivity boss Dennis Ferrer? We certainly think so. Displaying a real maturity in his productions and a distinct lack of vocal fear, Nasser delivers quality, time and again. Off of the strength of his first ever release and label debut, ‘Salutations EP’ (Objektivity, 2013) came the 2015 'Deadlines EP' (Objektivity), followed by the 'Future Primitive EP (Objektivity, 2016). Keeping it busy in between the original releases, Nasser has delivered a couple of stellar remixes for PMR, Objektivity, Nervous and more. His 2016 endeavour, the ‘Gramercy EP’ on Suara received great reviews and showed off Nasser’s more techier side. Follow-up releases didn’t disappoint. Both ‘Just Like That EP’ (2017, Objektivity) and ‘Say Something’ (2018, Circus) received raving reviews and connected brilliantly where it matters most – the dancefloor. The 2019 marked a collaboration with Yulia Niko on ‘Someone I’m Not’, another banger called “Shake It Shake It” (both on Objektivity) followed by the now classic ‘Bodytude EP’ on Relief. A “rising artist with a sound and musical taste well beyond his years” according to upfrontbeats.com, Nasser choses quality over quantity time and gagain, and Bodytude EP is the proof. Title track ‘Bodytude’ opens the EP is fine style as Baker combines infectious lead synth with hooky male vocals and bumping low-end tones to reveal a lively cut typical of his ever-maturing production style, whilst ‘Pickelhollaback’ introduces a more off-kilter arrangement as layered vocal samples work alongside soaring melodies, driving percussion arrangements and sporadic bleeps and sonic effects go to work to shape up proceedings. Feeding off the success of Bodytude, Nasser releases his ‘Tribes of The Metronome’ on Dirtybird in 2020. The title single's stuttering bassline and simple vocals is an example of how to have maximum impact without being overproduced. The flip side, 'About You' is a tech house track with a house music feel - dirty bass and a playful lead line, accented by a straightforward phrase that proves effective. After taking a couple of months to regroup and recharge in the studio, the next brainchild of Nasser was ready to meet the world. 2021 marked Nasser’s return to Relief with the ‘Funky Uncle EP’ followed by his remix of ‘Whisper’ (Ferrer & Disciples, Defected) shortly after. Currently back in the studio wrapping up the next batch of fresh beats, Nasser is excited for the world to go back to normal and can’t wait to share the dancefloor with everyone once again. Stay tuned!

  • Ryan Maxwell

“Ryan Maxwell brings a refreshing energy to the underground house scene.”

    their own biography

    the whole biography
Ryan Maxwell brings a refreshing energy to the underground house scene. His passion for music shows in every aspect of his sets—through his deep, carefully dug selections and rare finds that span decades, geographies, and moods. He doesn’t overwork the decks or force the moment—instead, he lets the music breathe, trusting the groove and energy of the room to take shape naturally. That subtle confidence creates space for people to lose themselves, to find presence, and to feel something real. Rooted in New York and New Jersey, Ryan moves fluidly through the underground soundscape with range and intention. His style isn’t bound by trends—he’s focused on mood, movement, and storytelling. Every set is a dynamic, evolving experience designed to meet the moment and elevate the crowd without overpowering it. Ryan also curates Affect—a concept that began as his residency party for the Beneath and has since grown into its own series of events across NYC. Built on intimacy and connection, Affect is about more than music—it’s about presence. No phones. No ego. Just pure energy and community on the dance floor. For Ryan, it’s never just about playing tracks—it’s about telling a story, building a journey, and letting the music do the talking.
