Good to know
- “Two dance floors: Green Room (Indoors) & The Alley (Open Air); 10 hours of music; tickets at the door as capacity allows.”
Come early, stay late, and don’t be a POSER: nightlife has no room for the girls who fake it! Leave it all on the dance floor and abide by the rules of the rave… no drama, no photos, and no cutting lines until you’re inside… no throwing shade or leaving your friends for trade. Looks encouraged, dancing required — and remember, It’s a marathon, not a sprint… a real party girl knows how to pace herself.

“As a lifelong musician, Estro has always explored the visceral aspects of sound.”
their own biography
the whole biography
As a lifelong musician, Estro has always explored the visceral aspects of sound. From a young age, her interest in sonics manifested in a boundless desire for experimentation. With a background in jazz music as a trumpet player since childhood, Estro’s experiences with improvisation and performance on the stage found their way to the DJ booth. Her fervent, intense passion for expression and movement finds its way into textural, spine-tingling production and jacking, sweaty, sexy sessions on the dancefloor. Outspoken, driving, and deep, Estro's performances and sets often feel like a manifesto of sorts, rolling and driving tension to its limit and pushing the envelope for New York's musical landscape. Estro's musical explorations have led her to digging through the deep, rich history of techno & house, blending timeless, smashing deep cuts with some of the genre's newest, most novel offerings. Her philosophy of maintaining digging culture leads to an eclectic, potent, and deeply rooted sound, prepared to be pushed into a futuristic and forward-thinking direction. Serene, jazzy, atmospheric selections of deep house, minimal, and dub techno are intertwined with driving, thumping peak-hours techno & trance. Estro uses her ever-expanding knowledge of her selections to captivate the dancefloor and continue to expand the capabilities of sound. As the founder of Orchidance, her new event series and personal project, Estro seeks to take her explorations of dance music and its surrounding culture into a more intentional and inclusive space. She hopes to continue creating a space for serenity and self-discovery, with an eclectic and personal curation of artists and collaborators from her ever-expanding rolodex of talent local and abroad. In the coming years, Estro hopes to continue to expand the capabilities for Orchidance to be a place of rejuvenation, enrichment, and exploration for New York's music community.Recently at 195 Morgan Ave, Mansions, Refuge · often with senoritajuicy, Leafy Greens, Amy L'Nitrate, none of them here that night
