Elinah is mostly known for her high energy, naughty and cheeky cuts with selections from electro, acid, breaks, house and anything in between. Born and raised in New York City to Dominican immigrants, Nix was introduced to music of all cultures at a very young age. From singing in choir in elementary school, being part of a jazz ensemble at Lincoln Center in middle school, and a variety of bands throughout high school, music is all they've known as music has surrounded them during turbulent times in their lives. It wasn't until post-grad, where Nix didn't have a creative outlet to express themselves. Once they picked up their first set of decks... that's when they knew... a monster was born. MANGUMAMI, who Nix has often described as "the voice in my head" and "the Hyde to my Jekyll" is a imp-like demon whose goal is to leave you addicted for more.
