When was the last time you stretched before you went to the club? What about after? Maybe you recently went out and danced all night, and the next morning you woke up with all these aches and pains and muscle tightness. Our bodies are basically little machines. We need to take care of them if we want them to keep moving and dancing for a long time. Techno Yoga was created as another place where you can stretch, breathe and move your body with other ravers. Join Yaya and some of your fave local djs for a little yoga at the club!
FAQs:
Will you provide yoga mats?
I will provide yoga mats on a first come, first serve basis. It’s recommended to bring your own yoga mat in case we run out.
What if I’ve never done yoga?
You don’t have to be experienced with yoga at all! All levels are welcome.
Is there water?
Bring water or a refillable water bottle! Staying hydrated is important.
