- “A ticket does not guarantee entry; Public Records reserves the right to deny entry to guests that appear intoxicated or do not meet the dress code.”
- “Doors close one hour before end time.”
Coming up in Toronto’s underground and now based in Berlin, AADJA’s emotive and at times experimental sound is high-energy and acid-infused — finding contrast between introversion and club mania. She opens before Kyle Geiger, whose groove-forward, melodic taste breeds a new soundscape for techno. Nowadays’ DJ G opens The Atrium with his own love for deep, dubbed-out atmospheres; seductive grooves; and psychedelic textures. London’s Softi returns stateside. Her sets are boundlessly dynamic, chugging across BPMs while maintaining a leftfield hypnotism. Zotos brings his all-vinyl, all-genre ethos “live and direct” UPSTAIRS.

“Humility is not generally a quality that ranks high on the list of things for which an average techno DJ is known.”

Humility is not generally a quality that ranks high on the list of things for which an average techno DJ is known. Kyle Geiger isn’t your average DJ/producer. From his marathon sets at legendary clubs like Berghain to his pounding yet melodic productions, there are plenty of notable musical accomplishments on his resumè. When you scratch the surface though, what you find is a genuinely humble human with a true passion for techno and a love for DJing…the kind of grateful joy you find in those who come from small Midwestern towns in the U.S., and find themselves relocated to an area where techno is so widely consumed: decades of experience collecting and programming music for some of the toughest crowds to be finally rewarded with chances to play in venues that have carried the music to where it is today.Their RA profile lists Soma Records, Cocoon Recordings, Drumcode, Droid Recordings and 6 more.often with Berghain, Ignez, GiGi FM, none of them here that night
