Good to know
- “Kitchen open late | 21+”
There are nights when genres behave, and then there are nights when they start bleeding into each other.
Jean d’Armes works somewhere in that spill: house and electro folding into baile funk, cumbia, disco, Middle Eastern rhythms– different languages finding the same pulse. A self-described « soldat sans patrie, combattant sur la piste de danse pour la paix dans le monde » a soldier without a homeland, fighting on the dance floor for world peace.
Joining him is Lord Fascinator, the amorphous project of Australian musician Johnny Mackay, comes from a different kind of collision. Indie rock, psychedelia, the strange education of New York dance floors, his sets move between hazy guitars, electronic grooves, and left-field club music.
Together, they take us on a ride from start to finish in CARGO, 10PM–3:30AM.
In the Foyer, Laura Lynn leans into the ecstatic side of house, disco, and electro: music with a little sweat on it, a little history in it, a sound that knows a dance floor can be both physical and sentimental. Her musical vocabulary stretches from the indie dance and electroclash rooms of early DJing to the strange pleasures of vintage disco.
Then there’s Mr. Handyman, whose sets move between rare Brazilian cuts, underground classics, connecting the sounds without putting either into a box. No appointment necessary he’ll see you in the Foyer 12AM-3AM.

Lord Fascinator is the stage name is Johnny Mackay an Australian musician who relocated to & was reborn in NYC back in 2010. Once here, he learned to DJ at staple venues, such as Elvis’ Guesthouse, which informed his musical output. From that point on FASCINATOR, his amorphous band, was created. Fascinator has toured with other acts such as Tame Impala & Pond. He released his latest album Water Sign this past summer.Recently at Eavesdrop, Dead Letter No. 9, Le Bain · often with Christian Tokyo, LAETICIA DE VALER, Gabi Musayev, none of them here that night

She kicked off her career in Portland, OR by establishing herself and her role in bringing esteemed artists through her monthly party Modern Ritual. Her talent has taken her across North America and Europe and has shared stages with acts such as Crazy P, Demi Riquisimo, DJ Boring, Soul Clap, Purple Disco Machine and many more. Living between Upstate NY and Brooklyn, she is focusing on contributing to a newly vibrant electronic music scene in the Hudson Valley where she founded Disco Chalet, a late night mid-winter party themed in vintage aprés ski disco. Her journey has recently evolved into music production by collaborating with long time friend Jesse Gay. The two have released two tracks with Soul Clap Records Exclusives breathing new life into some beloved 70's jams that you can find on Bandcamp. They are currently working on some original works to be released in 2026. Laura Lynn grew up in the small mountain town of Taos, New Mexico within a family of musicians. Her Dad, being Michael Martin Murphey and one of the founding artists of progressive country, music was in many parts of her life. At a young age she began collecting tapes and CDs and recorded mixtapes. She soon found a passion for rock, punk and metal and moved to Southern California in 2000. It was there she frequented clubs such as The Echo and Cinespace at the height of the indie dance and electroclash scene. These experiences peaked her interest in the crossover of rock and electronic music and eventually lead her to start DJing in 2009.Their RA profile lists Rebirth.Recently at Jupiter Disco, Outer Heaven, Elsewhere · often with Acid Alien, Maura Brennan, Lauren Murada, none of them here that night
