We’re throwing a party for the city we love, and raising money to help protect the people who make it home.
Deed theft is one of the quieter ways New Yorkers become targets for predatory real-estate practices. Through forged documents, deceptive contracts, or other forms of fraud, scammers can take control of someone’s home without their knowledge. For longtime homeowners, losing a deed can mean losing a home, a lifetime of equity, and generational wealth. And as neighborhoods change and property values rise, the stakes only get higher.
So we’re bringing together some of our favorite DJs and producers for a night of music and solidarity. 100% of profits will go to The Center for NYC Neighborhoods, supporting their work to protect homeowners and fight displacement across New York City.

An Italian born cosmopolitan, Camilla has roamed the globe for over six years, fueled by her father’s legacy in Italy’s progressive rock scene. From Cuneo, her hometown, to Brooklyn,where she now resides, her DJ journey has embraced diverse communities, including the vibrant scenes of Turin, Lisbon, Boston, and particularly New York and Brooklyn. Camilla has performed in various clubs and parties in New York and worldwide, including the likes of Resolute, Public Records, Elsewhere, Sunday Sessions LA and Harbour in Lisbon. Oscillating between classic old-school records and cutting edge sounds, her sets (mostly on vinyl) encompass diverse styles of electronic music including house, techno, electro and breaks. Overall, her journeys tend to be spacey and acid-heavy, leaning into bass-driven, uplifting beats when the time is right. In 2021, Camilla launched Encrypted, a celebrated event series in New York. Encrypted parties cherish intimate locations and a welcoming atmosphere, long DJ sets and international bookings paired with local talent. Born and raised in New York City, DAYE. is a DJ and producer who brings warmth, groove, and depth to the dance floor. He first made his mark experimenting with remixes and original productions that built an online following and a foothold in the city's bar and lounge circuit — an open format foundation that gave him an ear wide enough to move any room. His sound has since evolved into something more specific and more his own: deep house, Afro house, and the harder rhythmic edge of contemporary club music, drawing from global rhythms and electronic textures that reflect both the diversity of his city and his own expanding vision. He is the creator of the PULSAR Series, an ongoing body of original work rooted in that sound. His sets move fluidly between introspective and euphoric, earning him opportunities to open for internationally recognized acts including Leisure and L'Impératrice, and to play respected venues such as Music Hall of Williamsburg and Racket, while remaining connected to the intimate spaces that shaped his early years.
