Vortex presents: A night of hypnotic short films and newly mixed sound.
On October 29th, we’ll gather to explore films that move beyond narrative and into altered states. Films by avant-garde directors Maya Deren & Alexander Hammid will be presented alongside newly mixed scores by local DJs.
Rather than accompanying the films with fixed scores, each screening becomes a meeting point between film and hypnotic dance music.
