Sinai Sound System is a Sheffield-based sound system rooted in the UK dub and steppers tradition, carrying forward the lineage of Iration Steppas. Operating one of the UK and Europe’s most impressive and sought-after rigs, Sinai moves between heavyweight roots, dub, and bass music, with Spanish vocalist Lasai bringing his own reggae and dancehall influence and live mic energy to the session.

Queen Majesty has been a fixture in NYC’s reggae and sound system scene for more than two decades, known for deep selections across roots, dub, and dancehall.

About Echo Chamber:

Echo Chamber returns in 2026, rebooting Dub-Stuy's long-running series, first launched in 2012, as an ongoing residency at Public Records. Hosted on select Thursdays in the Sound Room, the series centers sound, system, and the dancefloor as spaces for open listening and exploration.

Programming traces a wide musical arc from Jamaica to the UK and New York, moving fluidly from foundation reggae and dub into dub techno, dubstep, drum & bass, and global bass, connecting lineage with future-facing sounds. Powered by Public Records' bass-forward quadraphonic system, each session pairs Dub-Stuy resident DJs with special guests from the global sound system community.
