꩜ Nola (@neaux.la) is a writer, photographer, and DJ from New York. She is the host and curator of the bimonthly literary salon Drunk Angels Club. As a DJ, she creates cross-genre mashups that combine the energy of club music with the ethos of punk rock.

꩜ DJ Don’t Judge - @liza_mikh is a queer artist and a safer space creator from Moscow. Her sets are interactive performances encouraging self-expression through games, body practices and charismatic dancing. An activist in the past, Liza still raises awareness at shows through special intros — about politics, safety in night spaces and issues faced by people from marginalised communities. DJ Don’t Judge likes a booty-shaking, yet ironic sound — mixing bass, hip-hop, latin and global club with memes, sexy remixes and other pop-cultural references (from fairytale excerpts to iconic quotes).

꩜ JIYNX - @jiynx.mp3 is an open-format DJ from Toronto who draws inspiration from the global underground club scene, with a focus on bass-heavy rhythms. Her sets mix dreamy melodies with styles like Footwork, Juke, Baltimore and Jersey Club, Jungle, and more.

    their own biography

    the whole biography
Nola, born to a family enriched in classical music, has been working the New York City club scene for over 10 years. Having come to the Big Apple after serving 3+ years in the Israeli Army @ war in Lebanon, it was time to pursue another style of life. Taking advantage of the night life at that time (Tunnel, Soundfactory, Limelight, etc.), he found his niche in the sound of the underground, like a Lower East Side cockroach, running from the bright lights & into the dark, tribal beats of the NYC House movement. Drawing upon one of the best parties this town has ever produced, the infamous TWILO was definitely key in shaping Nola's style & sound. First & foremost was the sound - full & deep, with a pulsating groove. Something rarely found in the scene nowadays. DJ Nola is one of the Ol' Skoolers, a true NYC DJ, one who appreciates the MUSIC, not the guest list. When you're at his party, you're there for the GROOVE, not the tables or bottle service. You know, like the way we used to do it........
