Three listings are too few to say what is typical here, so this page is the nights themselves.

Every listing this room has held, newest first, each one a link to its own night. The names are whoever was billed, first three by bill order; the account is whoever filed the listing. A record this short can afford each listing's own title, price and hour as well as its names, which is why a room with hundreds prints none of them.

Too few nights here for a cast of its own — so these are the rooms the names billed here have of their own, and the row says who.
A regular is somebody billed at that room on three nights or more. This is one person's record, not two rooms' casts, and it is captioned that way on purpose.
