Saint Nia

For the last few years, Saint Nia has been grabbing Helsinki nightlife by the throat. First emerging post-pandemic as a part of the collective Sluts Against Techno (S.A.T.) and slowly working her way into the greater club-o-sphere. With a mission to push queer and BIPOC artists to the forefront, she has become a respected bridge-builder between communities. As a resident DJ at Hoe_mies, one of the most renowned FLINTA*/QUEER parties in Berlin, as well as the co-founder of party series BIG SEXXY BASS, she continues to pursue on that mission.

Her expansive range of sound is highly influenced by the sounds of Latin America, the Ballroom community, and UK Bass, typically tied together with house-y percussion. By way of mischief, she combines sounds that feel both familiar and new. It's modern, it's old. It's broken, intact, and bold.
