Katja Kilig

Katja Kilig’s musical journey began with a guitar in post-GDR Leipzig, where the spirit of punk, hardcore, and techno echoed through squatted houses and abandoned factories. Those early underground roots shaped her uncompromising approach: full authenticity, no pretense, and music that speaks to the body.

Now based in Berlin, her DJ sets fuse raw energy, emotion, and movement. Known for her powerful peak-time techno sets with a solid dose of acid, hard techno, and trance, Katja also embraces her musically polyamorous nature through the dirty, bouncy rhythms of tech house and dark disco whenever the vibe calls for it. Her message to the crowd: you’re here now, so dance like you mean it.

Inspired by Berlin’s endless creative energy, Katja is diving into her own production projects, continuing to explore the full spectrum of sound — always evolving, never standing still.
