Lucas Abadi
Emerging from Buenos Aires' underground house scene in the mid-2000s, Lucas Abadi’s regular sets at the legendary Pacha terrace marked the start of a journey that would take him to some of the city's most celebrated venues, including Mint Lounge, Cobra, and Opera Bay. He soon made his debut at Warung Beach Club in Camboriú, Brazil—a club hailed by DJ Mag as one of the world’s finest—sharing the stage with Danny Howells and Ashley Caselle. Following this, his sets were heard at D-Edge in São Paulo, the RBK Tops festival in Rio de Janeiro with Josh Wink and Behrouz, and Claro Subvisions in Porto Alegre, among many other notable spots in the region. Highlighted by Desyn Masiello as an emerging talent in DJ Mag, Lucas gradually became a fixture in Argentina’s scene. His talent caught the attention of Luke Fair, who later invited him to join Electraluxe Records as A&R. Fusing house, acid, techno, and breaky textures, Lucas shapes a style that’s deep and entrancing at times, with moments of intense energy. His move to Berlin marks the beginning of a new chapter in his unique musical exploration.
