code abi is a queer bipoc multi-hyphenated music producer and DJ based in NYC. She began producing lofi electronic music in 2014, and slowly became a niche Soundcloud micro-celebrity within the first few years of releasing music publicly. She had created an online community of like-minded musicians and producers who she still calls friends to this day. When she started to DJ in 2019, she was already getting booked handfuls of parties and raves, and started throwing her own events with a music collective called “Indigo Radio.”

Since then, Abi has played at various clubs around New York, including Bossa Nova Civic Club, Mood Ring, Honey's, 3 Dollar Bill, Rash, Trans Pecos, Holo, etc.

Most of her sets have an eclectic range of genres, including jersey club, techno, baile funk, amapiano, kuduro, afrobeat, and entrancing ambient edits of rap music (some self-produced).
