Hailing from Ukraine and currently based in Berlin, Dmytro Avksentiev is a true visionary who seamlessly merges his passion for music with his background in cinema. With a cinematic approach to music production, Koloah creates immersive soundscapes that transport listeners into his own world.
As he’s producing in different genres, you may recognize him under aliases — Tropical Echobird and Voin Oruwu. But under any name his music has always spoken of unifying raw energy. Dmytro’s discography of 15+ releases includes the experimental LP “Etudes From A Starship” on the Ukrainian label Kvitnu, his very special album Serenity which have been high ranked on Pitchfork and various club releases on such labels as Banoffee Pies, Alien Communications, Hyperboloid, Cut Records, Soulection, Car Crash Set... In 2019 he founded his own label called Salon Imaginalis — a place to release forward thinking electronic music without any genre boundaries.
