also plays New York City — 66 nights

New York-based Facets has a passion for all things dark synth, leftfield, techno, electro, new beat, EBM, acid, italo-disco, trance, and beyond.

Facets' music has been described as "made for the sweaty confines of the dancefloor's fog-filled spaces—ones that flicker with strobes and neon lights, alight from the energy of the crowd." Hot on the heels of his recent releases on Optimo Music, KRI, Dischi Autunno, Ombra International, Skylax, Soil Records, Khoinix, and Electric Shapes. More original music from Facets will be out soon on Sonic Groove, Pinkman, and more.

Over the years, Facets has been releasing edits on his personal channel and other outlets such as Calypso's 12" edits Correcciones series, Blkmarket’s vinyl-only Party Edits, Slow Motion, Death on Wax, Amor Fati, Hard Fist, Italo Moderni, Deep House Amsterdam, and more.

Facets has been billed with some of the scene's top talent, such as Ivan Smagghe, John Talabot, Ellen Allien, Vladimir Ivkovic, Moritz von Oswald, Adam X, Kim Ann Foxman, Curses, Perel, Phase Fatale, David Vunk, Charlotte de Witte, and lots more, Eli Escobar, David Carretta, Lindstrom, Interstellar Funk, Reka, Tornado Wallace, Franz Scala, Augustus Muller (Boy Hasher) and lots more. He has played in underground venues such as Panorama Bar, Bar Americas, RSO, Sunday Sunday, La Terrrazza, Moth Club, Else, Le Rachdingue, Mali Barbarellas, Good Room, Public Records, Klub 20/44, and more, across the US, Mexico, and Europe.

Every one of these resolves on Discogs; the ones that do not are not printed. What Discogs files them under is not printed either — its label column carries mix series as if they were imprints.

The nights, the rooms and the bills are the listings themselves. The biography and the labels are Resident Advisor's. The records are Discogs'. Nothing on this page was written for it.
