quest?onmarq

quest?onmarq has built a reputation as one of the undergrounds most fearless and wide-ranging selectors, with her keen, connective ear and sharp turntabilism based technical abilities she connects various eras, lineages as a purist or even genres - pairing seemingly disparate ideas with flair.

In production, she keeps the target moving, always seeking expansion over stagnancy. quest?onmarq’s cornerstone experience is in New York’s ballroom scene, tracing her roots to the direct observed connection between dancers and the DJ, which would later prove a formative advantage in connecting with crowds – her selections and tastes even then, always sought to educate and expand – through open format association. Through lore building in the dance and via radio residencies she shares her passion for many global dancefloor sounds to ecstatic and engaged reception.
